Terry now serves as Senior Director of Corporate Security at Shamrock Trading Corporation, where he leads security operations.

Wes Griffith, CPP, is a recognized security leader with over 25 years of experience at the Overland Park Police Department, specializing in crime reduction through physical security. He also served 20 years in the United States Army. A U.S. Department of Justice recognized professional (2024), Wes is passionate about leadership and the development of security professionals, dedicating his time to the Kansas City ASIS Chapter and his local VFW post.
